The Texarkana Historical Society’s annual Quadrangle Festival has grown to one of the south’s most exciting arts and crafts festivals. It starts with the Quadrangle Run, features and outdoor market of antiques and collectibles, arts and crafts shows, demonstrations and performances by traditional artists and musicians, live music for all tastes and the variety of good food you’d expect in this part of the country. The Quadrangle Festival is held the 4th Saturday in September in the downtown area around the Museum.
I believe this has moved to the middle of October. I’m looking for more info.
